Acetaia Sereni (12+ Years)

Acetaia Sereni mature balsamic vinegar is quite dense with an intense aroma with mellow tannins. It is made near Modena by the Sereni family business.

Matured for at least 12 years before bottling, it has a perfect sweet/sour balance and is lovely and dense, with a rich dark brown colour.

Use a few drops of this superb balsamic on any food of your choice. Why not try a few drops in a glass of ice cold water for a really refreshing drink, or even take it neat as an after-dinner drink.
