Alemany Spanish Lavender Honey

Alemany Lavender Honey - a light amber honey which is sweet but has a very strong aroma.

This unpasteurised honey is produced by a family of honey collectors, beekeepers and turrón makers, based in the hills of inland Lleida in Catalonia. It is preserved by the cold extraction.
