Alemany Spanish Orange Blossom Honey (Mel de Taronger) - 500g

Alemany Orange Blossom Honey - a pale yellow honey that is delicately flavoured with a strong floral aroma. Delicious on toast but also try it drizzled over one of our Spanish cheeses such as Manchego or Monte Enebro. 

Preserved by cold extraction (i.e. a raw, unpasteurised honey) so retains all of its nutrients. At the foot of Montsec mountain range in Catalonia, Spain, where rosemary bushes and almond trees grow, the Alemany family have been producing honey and turron for three generations. With their team of honey collectors and beekeepers they produce the finest Spanish honey.

The natural processes used to make this honey may lead to some crystallisation. If you prefer a more liquid honey, simply warm the jar in bain marie before use.
