Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 litre

Extra Virgin Olive Oil made with 100% arbequina olives - this oil has been selected primarily for its improved taste and consistency of quality. The Arbequina is grown and milled on a 10 hectare estate in Mendavia, Navarra. This gives them complete control of the process from planting to bottling.

On the nose we find assertive aromas of green bananas and wet meadow grass. Light flavours of green apples and raw artichokes lead on to a spicy rocket leaf middle and a gentle but long sweet pimento finish. The Arbequina is a variety of olive that can be grown and harvested to produce a soft and gentle oil, or an aggressively flavoured oil with assertive pepper. Here we have an example that fits neatly between those two styles.
