Artichoke Pate (Crema di Carciofi)

A delcious cream made from artichokes trimmed in the production area and bottled according to a traditional recipe from Liguria. Excellent as a sauce with boiled meats, or to accompany roast beef, hard-boiled eggs or simply spread on bread. Great on canapes or as a vegetarian pate. Or stir into cooked pasta.
