Black Glutinous Rice Flour - naturally gluten free & wheat free. Made from Black Glutinous rice, or sticky rice, it does not contain gluten, instead gets it's name from the sticky glue like texture of the rice when cooked.
This rice is traditionally used for cakes and desserts in South East Asian cooking.
