Boquerones (Spanish Anchovies in Vinegar Marinade) - 120g

Boquerones - the term boqueron describes an anchovy that is fresh or marinated in vinegar as opposed to being salted. These anchovies from Barbate in Cadiz, Andaluia are carefully selected for size and quality, before being cured in a light vinegar marinade. They are ivory white on their skinless side with a very good flavour.
