Casanova Caviar de Venise

Casanova Caviar de Venise is produced in semi-natural fish farms of Agroittica Lombarda in Italy and is the closest European farmed caviar to wild Caspian Oscietra. Unlike wild Oscietra caviar, Casanova Caviar de Venise eggs are extracted throughout the year, guaranteeing a fresher product. It also means that the eggs require only 3% salting for preservation, substantially less than the wild variety. This caviar has a consistent quality with an extraordinary aroma and full rounded slightly nutty flavour and golden brown colour.
