Castel di Lego Selezione Oro Monocultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml

The Galioto family have been running their oil mill in eastern Sicily for four generations, and their Castel di Lego selezione oro oil is an excellent multi-award winning cold pressed, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil made from Tonda Iblea olives, that are hand picked in early October each year.

This oil is green with golden tints with an intense bouquet of artichokes and tomatoes and a spicy, slightly bitter taste. Fantastic drizzled over salads, soups or grilled foods.
