Caviar d'Aquitaine

Caviar d'Aquitaine is a farmed caviar that is the closest equivalent to farmed Beluga within the EU. The large eggs of this farmed caviar have the same dark hue and succulent taste as Beluga from the Caspian sea and as the sturgeon are pampered and well feed throughout the year the egg size and quality is consistent and of a very high quality.
