Cazzetta "Quattro Macine" Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 750ml

Cazzetta "Quattro Macine" Extra Virgin Olive Oil - made from a mix of olives (Cellina di Nardo and Ogliarola) taken from the groves of the Cazzetta family with selected olives produces by local farmers of D.O.P. Terra d'Otranto. This extra virgin oil has a yellow colour with green reflexes and has a mature but sweet flavour.

The Cazzetta family have been making olive oil in Salento for four generations from olive trees planted more than four hundred years ago. The olives are harvested during November and December each year.

The olives are harvested by shaking the trees, and catching the olives in nets. They are then washed and milled within five hours. The extraction takes place through a cold process.
