Chinese Oyster Sauce

Oyster sauce is rich, dark & full of flavour - perfect for stir-fry. Just place sliced chicken and vegetables in a wok, add some of this oyster sauce, cook and you've got a great meal! Ideal with rice noodles.

Made by Lee Kum Kee, the family owned firm that first invented oyster sauce by mistake, like so many good things, when some oysters were over-heated.
