Cool Chile Co. Mexican Drinking Chocolate

A delicious spiced Mexican drinking chocolate from the Cool Chile Co who are based here in London. A blend of cocoa nibs, unrefined sugar, almonds and cinnamon, grated for making hot chocolate. Made to a recipe from the markets in Oaxaca, which is famous for it's Mexican hot chocolate.

Mexican chocolate can also be used in baking or to make chocolate sauces.

To make drinking chocolate: add 2-3 tbsp of the grated Mexican chocolate to 200ml of milk or water. Heat gently in a pan, stirring regularly until the grated Mexican chcocolate has melted. Whisk or blend to achieve a rich, foamy top
