Crushed Pink Praline (Praline Rose) - 200g
Naturally coloured pink praline, already crushed to spare you and/or your food processor the effort.
This speciality of Lyons is used to make the classic French pink praline tart, "Tarte au Praline Rose", but can also be used to decorate, cakes, desserts and meringues (including floating islands) or stir into cakes or brioche.
Also, of course these pink praline are delicious to just nibble with coffee! We also have whole pink praline.
