How Will My Order Be Delivered?
All orders are delivered by fully tracked courier service with delivery Monday to Friday only.
A signature will be required on delivery, so please be sure to provide us with a shipping address where someone will be available to accept and sign for your parcel. For your security we aren't able to accept requests for parcels to be left in a safe place without being signed for.

Unless morning delivery has been purchased and is available for your delivery address, all deliveries to business addresses will be within normal business hours and to residential addresses at any time from 7am until 7pm (sometimes later). Time slots can't be specified.
How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?
Most UK orders (around 97%) are dispatched within one working day, subject to stock availability, but this is not guaranteed.
Orders to remote areas of the UK are typically dispatched within 2 working days and orders for the rest of Europe are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.
If you order a large number of a single item there is likely to be a delay in processing your order until we receive more stock in order to avoid disappointing other customers.
Please see the Delivery Table below for parcel transit times but please note these timescales are guidelines and are not guaranteed. If you need your order by a particular date please allow plenty of time for your order to be processed and then delivered to you.
What Happens If I Am Not In When My Order is Delivered?
Don't forget that for deliveries in the UK your can specify an alternative shipping address at checkout e.g. work place, neighbour or friend where you can be confident someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from the courier providing access to their live online tracking system. You will then be able to see when your parcel is out for delivery to you.
Parcels delivered by UPS (most UK postcodes and Northern Ireland) are typically delivered the day after they are dispatched. If you live in a very rural area delivery might take two working days - if you check UPS's tracking system you will be able to see if this applies to you.
If no-one is available to accept and sign for your parcel the courier will leave a card and then return on two further working days to redeliver.
If no-one is available on any of these occasions the courier will then hold the parcel at their local depot and you will be able to arrange to collect it from there.
After the first delivery attempt you can also contact the courier to arrange for re-delivery on a convenient day or to arrange then for it to be held at their depot for you to collect.
Delivery Options & Delivery Charges
Please note that an additional delivery charge may be payable for very heavy (over 30kg in the UK, over 25kg elsewhere) or for very bulky orders. We will contact you if this applies to your order and you will have the opportunity to cancel or adjust your order.

If this DHL supplement does apply to you we will contact you after we have received your order to organise payment of this additional charge. If you prefer you will have the option to cancel your order.
Delivery of Perishable, Temperature Sensitive Goods
If your order contains items that need to be kept chilled such as cheese or deli counter goods, these items will be packed with specialist ice gel packs. These gel packs were first developed for by the Scottish salmon industry for safely air-freighting fish to the USA and Japan. These gel packs will keep your chilled items well under 5°C for as long as 48 hours and considerably longer during times when the weather is cold.
Unfortunately such items can only be shipped to addresses within our Standard UK and Northern Ireland delivery areas (see above for further details). It is not possible to send perishable or temperature sensitive food to other delivery areas as delivery can take several days and we are unable to ensure that these items will be kept within a safe temperature range for this length of time.
