Dulcor Creamed Sweet Potato (Dulce de Batata al La Vainilla) - a favourite in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. It is like a solid jam, a little like Spanish Membrillo but made from sweet potato rather than quince, and it is often eaten with cheese and/or bread either as a dessert or for breakfast.
