Emilio Bartolini Gli Angeli Extra Virgin Olive Oil - a large 1 Litre bottle of Italian extra virgin olive oil produced in Umbria by the Bartolini family's expert, Emilio Bartolini. Using his experience and his family's tradition of making olive oil since 1850, he searches and selects the best olives. The olives are then hand-picked and cold pressed.
This gold/green olive oil has an intense flavour of olives, with fruity/herb undertones. A great all-rounder but particularly good with grilled fish and meat.
The Bartolini family are an artisan producer, farming in Umbria for six generations.
