Emmental premier cru from Von Muhlenen - the very best Emmental made by the the Von Muhlenen family in the Fribourg region of Switzerland.

This Emmental is matured for 14 months resulting in firm textured cheese with a fruity, sweet slightly nutty flavour.

Cow's Milk, Unpasteurised, Non-vegetarian
