We buy our hams from a top-quality English producer: Dukeshill. The hams are available sliced from our deli counter or alternatively as whole hams on or off the bone, and uncooked or cooked.

Dukeshill are based in the heart of Shropshire and have been producing the finest hams since 1985. They use only specially selected outdoor-reared British pigs, and traditional curing methods to ensure the fullest flavour.

Their dry-cured hams take up to four months to make, ensuring outstanding flavour and texture. The result is a far cry from the so-called “premium” meats on offer in supermarkets, which can take just a day or two to make. The result of this long curing process is that Dukeshill dry-cured hams have an unsurpassed depth of flavour and wonderful succulence. The company has won many plaudits for its products including several gold awards at the Great Taste Awards and a Royal Warrant.

Please note if you would like a whole ham it will be ordered in for you so please allow 10-14 days to receive your whole ham.
