Felinetto with Garlic Salami (Salame all'Aglio) - a delicious medium coarse Italian salami flavoured with freshly crushed garlic. Perfect for serving as an antipasto with taralli or with some crusty ciabatta bread. Also fantastic on pizzas!
This salami comes from the artisan Franceschini family near Modena, where pork curing is a many-century’s old tradition. The salami are freshly made on a monthly basis, preserved mainly in natural casings and matured to exacting specifications.
Available freshly sliced to order from our deli counter or as a whole unsliced salami (approx. 750g). Please select your required weight.
