Finocchiona salami - a typical Tuscan speciality, made with 100% coarse ground pork mixed with fennel seeds for a salami with that special flavour. Try a few slices with a chunk of crusty bread and olives or artichokes.
This Milano salami comes from the artisan Franceschini family near Modena, where pork curing is a many-century’s old tradition. The salami are freshly made on a monthly basis, preserved mainly in natural casings and matured to exacting specifications.
