Wanton Pastry - individual sheets for making wanton. Wanton pastry is basically wanton noodle pastry with added eggs, marking the skin smooth and tasty. This is popularly used with Guangzhou-style dim sum. Simply add different fillings, and different cooking methods, such as boiling, steaming or frying and you’ll have a range of dim sum dishes.
To Cook - remove the pastry from freezer. Once defrosted, use to wrap meat or vegetables. Bring sufficient water to the boil; cook them in boiling water till they float to the top and drain water. Serving in hot boiling soup or add dumplings to pre-heated oiled skillet & pan-fry till golden brown.

Crispy Wonton with Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients
1 packet of Wonton Pastry (200g)
175g minced pork
50g peeled shrimps, minced
1 teaspoon salt, pinch of fresh ground white pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
600ml (1pint) of vegetable oil
Sweet and Sour Sauce
Instructions
Place minced pork, minced shrimps, salt, pepper and soy sauce in a bowl and beat together until well blended. Place 1 teaspoon of stuffing in the centre of each wonton pastry, gather up the corners and twist to enclose.
Heat oil in a wok, add the wontons and deep-fry about 2 1/2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels and it's ready to serve with sweet and sour sauce.
