Gorgonzola Dolce - soft, rich and creamy. This young Gorgonzola is very different from mature, firmer and stronger flavoured Gorgonzola Piccante.

Perfect for the cheese board with some fresh, crusty bread and a glass of robust red wine. For a real treat try drizzling a little of our truffle honey over this cheese.
