Gruyere premier cru from Von Muhlenen - simply the most delicious gruyere you will ever taste, it is no wonder that it has been Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards a record 4 times! Made by the the Von Muhlenen family in the Fribourg region of Switzerland it is matured for 14 months resulting in firm textured cheese with a wonderful complex, nutty flavour - one of our favourites.
