Handmade Lingue with Olives

These handmade Lingue di Suocera (Mother-in-law's tongues in English) are made with extra virgin olive oil and olives. They are huge (almost a foot long) crispy Italian crackers that are fantastic with cheese or antipasti - a great alternative to bread.

Ingredients: Fine Wheat Flour, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Olives, Salt, Yeast - no additives or preservatives.

Please note that the way that these crackers are packaged by the manufacturer means that there is no way we can prevent them from moving around inside the packet if your parcel is shaken or handled roughly in transit. As this is something completely outside our control we are unable to accept any liability for any damage to these biscuits. Saying that we will package them carefully and they have been successfully delivered many times without problems - and of course as they are so large you will need to break them into smaller pieces to serve them anyway!
