One of our greatest surprises has been the popularity of our homemade cakes - all made by us, by hand, on our premises. We have customers who travel from the other side of London to buy them, and we hear that our Melbury Cake is a favourite with the BBC news team.
We are always being asked why they taste so delicious - well we don't really know. Maybe it's just because we only use the best ingredients: butter or sunflower oil, free-range eggs, premium flour, finest quality chocolate, proper vanilla extract etc., and they really are made by hand in small batches. You will never find preservatives, hydrogenated fats or any other nasties in anything we make.
If you are a local please note that we do take orders for various sizes of cakes - just let us have 4-5 working days notice.
