Click & Collect Service is Available.
We are based in upper Holloway in Islington (N19) and although we don't have a shop that you can visit, you are very welcome to collect your order from our warehouse and save on delivery charges. Free parking is available, our nearest tube stations (approx. 15 minute walk) are Archway (Northern Line) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly & Victoria Lines) and there are lots of bus services to central London and the City nearby.

Collections for pre-ordered goods are possible during our normal office hours: Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm and Friday 10am-2:30pm.
Please note we are not a high street shop and it is not possible to make purchases in person at our premises. For security reasons visitors without appointments will not be admitted into our warehouse.

1. Ideally please place your order at least one working day in advance -  please allow more time during busy times of year such as Christmas. We may be able to process your order faster than this but it depends on how busy we are as all purchases are processed in the order in which they are received, and payment authorisation alone typically takes 2-3 hours.

2. All orders for collection must be placed and paid for online by card in advance - it is not possible to pay in cash and we have no means of taking card payments in person. Our usual £10 minimum purchase also applies to Click & Collect orders.

3. During checkout, for your "Delivery Option", please select the final option which is "Collect by appointment from our London warehouse". This will set the delivery charge to zero.

3. When your order is ready we will let you know by email - please allow at least one working day to receive this email. If any items are not immediately availaible from stock we will let you know.

4. Please reply to this email to let us know when you plan to collect your order - ideally to within a 1 hour window. To avoid disappointment and potentially a wasted journey, please do not just turn up without an appointment. We cannot guarantee there will be anyone here to help you or that we will be able to release your order if you arrive unexpectedly.

5. For security reasons it is essential that you bring your payment card with you when you collect your order to verify it against the card processing company's records and to check your signature. Photocopies of your card etc. cannot be accepted as we need proof that the card is yours and that it is in your possession. Without exception we cannot release an order without seeing the payment card used when placing your order and no other forms of ID can be accepted as a substitute.

6. Order Cancellation - once you have received the email from us saying that your order is ready for collection it is no longer possible to cancel your order. We reserve the right to dispose of any goods that remain uncollected after 28 days from when the order is ready for collection, and perishable items will be disposed after 7 days from date that your order is ready for collection.

7. After placing your order if you decide that you would like to have your parcel shipped to you instead,  you will need to pay a minimum £10 delivery charge. This is higher than our usual subsidised delivery charge in order to cover the additional card processing and admin costs associated with arranging this for you.
