A superb quality mildly spiced raw chorizo for cooking that is made in Catalunya in Spain. This chorizo is completely different from the often dubious, greasy and grisly stuff generally available in the supermarkets.
Slice into paella or stews or simply fry, grill or BBQ like a normal sausage and enjoy with eggs for breakfast. For a real treat grill and serve in a bread roll with some rocket and some of our marinated peppers - delicious!

Ingredients:Pork, Sweet Pimenton (Paprika), Salt, Spices, Lactose, Milk Protein, Dextrine, Sugar, Garlic, Stabiliser (Tetrasodium Diphosphate), Antioxidant (Sodium erythorbate), Preservative (Sodium Nitrite), Colour (Cochineal). Made with 103g of pork for every 100g of finished product.
