Mole Poblano Paste

Mole Poblano Paste - a traditional Mexican paste made with chiles, nuts and a touch of cocoa. Dilute with stock to make a rich tasty sauce for poached chicken, turkey or root vegetables. Left over mole sauce can be used to make enchiladas, as well as spicy mushroom stew swirled with creme fraiche and piled on rice. Yum. Each jar will make 1/2 litre of sauce.
