Montgomery's Cheddar is a Traditional Westcountry Farmhouse Cheddar has been made by Jamie Montgomery at Manor Farm in North Cadbury, Somerset using milk from the family's own herd 140 Fresian cows and matured for around 14 months. The Montgomery family have been making their exceptional cheddar for three generations.
