Morcilla de Burgos - a rich and melting Spanish blood pudding that is slightly sweet with a hint of spices. This variation of morcilla from the city of Burgos is famous for also containing rice. It has a dense texture and slices easily.

This artisan product is made by a family firm in the village of Nalda, La Rioja. Contains no additives or preservatives.
