Muscat White Wine Jelly (Wine Confit)

Muscat jelly is a delicate jelly or confit made from Muscat wine  - a classic accompaniment to pates particularly Foie Gras, but also wonderful with fish or white meat, or cheese. Alternatively use as a flavouring for sauces or a dessert topping.
