Núñez de Prado Organic Flower, Baena D.O.P. - this organic extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Andalucian Picual, Picudo and Hojiblanca olives.

The Núñez de Prado family has been producing olive oil on their family estate for over 200 years and have been organically certified for almost 20 years, making them pioneers in this field. The flower of the oil is produced without pressing and is unfiltered: so is very low in acidity and as unprocessed as possible.

The oil has intense aromas of Cox’s apples, melons and spicy tropical fruits with a touch of lemon. Flavours are rich and complex and there is plenty of lingering bitterness and pepper.
