Organic Italian Wild Berry Jam

Italian Organic Wild Berry Jam - made with mix of blueberries, blackberries, red currants and raspberries from the Piemonte, Emilia Romagna and Umbria regions of Italy, and concentrated apple juice rather than sugar. Delicious on toast or scones or cakes.

This jam is made by a cooperative based among green valleys of the mountains north of Turin. They have been producing organic products since 1990 using traditional home recipes derived from regional specialities. Their jams contain 70% fruit and are sweetened only with apple juice which is high in fructose and has a lower glycaemic index (GI) than other sugars.
