Organic Japanese 40% Buckwheat Soba Noodles

Soba noodles have been a traditional Japanese food for over 1500 years and are made with 40% Buckwheat and Wheat from organic agriculture. Buckwheat is used because it grows well in cold mountainous regions where rice, wheat and barley cannot grow.  

Traditionally served in a hot broth or cold with a dipping sauce. Can also be used the same way as Western pasta, in soups, salads, stir-fry dishes, or simply served with a sauce.250g
