Organic Riso Nero Venere (Italian Black Rice) - this aromatic organic wholemeal black rice is grown in the Pianura Padana. The ebony coloured grains are particularly suited to seafood, or simply enjoy its nutty texture with a little salt and olive oil.

Cascina Belvedere’s rice is cultivated in the province of Vercelli in Piedmont area. It is fertile and well irrigated land with long tradition of growing rice. The excellent quality of this rice is due to skilful organic farming techniques. The rice is processed in small batches guaranteeing better nutritional content and a richer flavour.
