Organic Umbrian "Tega Fior d'Oliva" Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml

Tega Fior d'Oliva Organic extra virgin olive (first cold extraction) from the Tega family mill near Foligno in Umbria. Made from moraiolo, frantoio and leccino olives from the olive groves surrounding their fifteenth century olive mill. The olives are then cold-pressed within 24 hours of picking.

This is a classic unfiltered Umbrian oil. Gold to pale green in colour, with a bitter almond and light peppery finish.
