Methods of Payment

All orders need to be placed through our fully secure website which you are currently browsing. We accept Mastercard, Visa,  American Express, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta) and Mastercard Debit payments.

In order to ensure that your payment details are handled in the most secure manner possible we don't take payments over the telephone.


Minimum Order Values

We do not have a minumum purchase however all orders below £10 (excluding VAT) will have a processing and packaging charge of £5 automatically added to the basket.

This processing and packaging charge does not apply to orders of over £10 (excluding VAT).

Returns Policy

Faulty Items

We hope that you will be delighted with the items that you order from us, but if any goods we supply are faulty, they will be replaced free of charge or your money will be refunded.

Damaged Items

Any goods that have been damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge or your money will be refunded. Whether or not the exterior of the parcel shows any signs of damage, please check the goods that you have received as soon as possible. 

All damage must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel. Unless you don't have an email address, please don't telephone us we will still need you to provide us with written confirmation to process your damage claim.

Please don't dispose of any damaged items or their packaging without our written authorisation to do so. All items, and their original packaging must be either returned to us or be available for us to inspect, even if the parcel was signed for as damaged on delivery. We may ask you to provide us with photographs of the damage which we are required to forward to the courier.

Missing Items

All orders are checked at least twice before packing and a delivery note is included with each parcel. If any items are missing from the parcel but listed on the delivery note, please report this to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel. Unless you do not have an email address, please do not telephone us  to tell us as we require written confirmation from you in order to process your claim.

Unwanted Goods and Cancelling Orders

Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details of our cancellation & returns policies. We comply with the requirements of Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

For deliveries within the UK/EU, refunds for goods that are simply no longer wanted will be made if you notify us by email or in writing of your intent to return them within 7 days following the day after you receive your order and if the unwanted items are then returned to us, at your cost, unopened and undamaged, as soon as possible.

You will also be refunded for the original delivery cost, if applicable, (at our standard rate), if all the items in your order are returned.

Please note this right of return or order cancellation only applies to individuals and not companies or businesses. Also perishable, temperature sensitive or short-shelf life food items, or goods that have been prepared or produced to order, or to your individual specifications cannot be returned unless faulty.
