Pedro Ximenez Aged Sherry Balsamic Vinegar - a balsamic sherry vinegar from Alicante, in Spain. Similar to fine Italian balsamics, this is a rich sweet vinegar due to the concentrated sugars in the sundried Pedro Ximenez grapes that are also used to produce sweet sherries.

Produced by the Solera method and aged in oak barrels for 12 or 25 years, giving a smooth, nutty finish.

Try with meats, pasta, salads, or on strawberries with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
