Pistou Olives

Pistou olives - a French recipe of Green Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with fresh Basil and Garlic. These are a really popular, simple but full of flavour olive, the perfect mix to go with a glass of white wine.

These olives are still marinating, so the longer you keep them the better they will get. Only recommendation is to consume everything (all the olives and all the oil) within 12 - 18 months and do not refrigerate them. They don't need it - even when opened. The oil is the preservative and also adds to the flavour.
