Posbury

Posbury is a semi-hard, English goats’ milk cheese, produced by Dave Johnson at the Norsworthy Dairy, near Crediton in Devon, using their own herd of Saanen, Alpine and Toggenburg goats. It is based on their Norsworthy cheese with the addition of garlic, onion, horseradish and paprika.

Please note that we will try to cut your cheese as close to the weight you require as possible, but it it is impossible to very accurate so you will be charged for the actual weight sent to you.
