Pumpernickel Bread Flour

This pumpernickel bread flour from Wessex Mill is made with wholemeal rye flour with kibbled rye and caraway. The addition of the kibbled rye gives it a solid texture and uses less wheat flour than usual.

The latic acid gives you that traditional sour flavour which tastes really good.

Please add more water than usual 340-350 mls of water to 500 gms of flour.
