Quince Jelly - quince is a pear shaped fruit with a rich yellow/green skin that is served baked whole with honey in some countries. Too a stringent to eat raw, the fruit develops a superb flavour and colour when cooked and made into a fine conserve or jelly.

Hand made by Otter Vale - a small family business based in Budleigh Salterton in Devon. Prepared with 35g of fruit for every 100g of jelly.
