Ras el Hanout is a Moroccan spice blend with a rich fragrant aroma and a strong, peppery flavour. Using only the finest of Moroccan spices, this 'head of shop' spice is highly prized by North African traders for the matchless aroma, colour and taste it gives to all dishes.

Use to flavour tagines and couscous dishes or combine with oil and lemon juice to make a marinade for meat, chicken and fish.
