Rovira Traditional Spanish Drinking Chocolate

Spanish Drinking Chocolate (Chocolate a la Taza Tradicional) from Barcelona-based chocolatier Enric Rovira. Melted into milk this chocolate makes a traditional thick, rich drinking chocolate.

For 6 servings: boil 1 litre of milk and add the contents of this packets. Bring to the boil, stir for one minute and then serve.
