Rustichella Potato Gnocchi

Gnocchi are Italian dumplings made using potato, they don't need to be refrigerated and last ages, making them a great store cupboard standby. To quote one of our customers - "the best gnocchi I've ever tasted, and I've tried lots."

Delicious with pesto or a fresh tomato sauce and lots of parmesan and these gnocchi, unlike most have the additional benefit of being gluten-free.
