Rustichella Seafood Sauce (Sugo alla Pescatora)

This delicious Sugo pescatora or seafood sauce is made by Rustichella with tomato, mussels, clams and anchovy paste.

All of the Rustichella pasta sauces have the same traditional tomato base: fresh tomato "polpa" (pulped whole tomatoes), Italian extra virgin olive oil and chopped onion. Just heat the sauce and stir into drained, hot pasta. Two to three servings per jar.
