Rustico di Sicilia Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml

Rustico di Sicilia - This oil is produced by a small co-operative of olive growers in Trapani, Sicily. Made from Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola olives. October-November harvest of green olives from a number of small growers who pool their crop with the Consorzio di Trapani.

This unfiltered oil has light yellow/green golden colour and a gentle fruity/artichoke flavour with a mild peppery finish. The label is a reproduction of a painting by a local naïve artist.
