We hope you enjoy our carefully selected range of salamis. As with everything, there is a world of difference between mass-produced salamis and those those that are made in traditional ways.

Our Italian salamis come from the artisan Franceschini family near Modena, where pork curing is a many-century’s old tradition. The salami are freshly made on a monthly basis, preserved mainly in natural casings and matured to exacting specifications.
