Pecorino Sardo Capriciotta is made with whole cow's, goats', and sheeps' milk, with the addition of natural milk enzymes, rennet and salt, and it is matured for 15 to 40 days. The result is a cheese with a white,soft but compact texture with a few natural holes. It is mild yet tasty with a delicate flavour that is the result of the skilled balance of the three different types of milk.
Pecorino Capriciotta is ideal for the cheese board ,or for grating or melting over toast. Delcious with some fresh, crusty bread and a glass of fruity red wine.
